Q: Does it include the Control Panel if I purchase one?

A: Yes, it does include the Control Panel updates, however we provide these updates on a per request basis and schedule them with clients to avoid any potential downtime issues.

Q: Will you support my compiled applications I install?

A: We will for an hourly fee.  Custom and customer compiled software is more difficult to maintain than RPM based software

Q: Will you install special RPMs for me?

A: Yes, we will as long as there is a standard available RPM.  Custom compiled (source-code based) software is installed on an hourly rate.
